キャラクター揃いのメンバーの中でもかなりの特殊なキャリアを持つ。

どこにでもいる平凡な青年。10年間やってきた野球から離れ、大学入学と共にダンスサークルに入部し、Houseダンスを始める。ダンスはただの趣味であり、英語教諭になる為カナダへ語学留学もしていた。しかし留学中、兼ねてより内に秘めていた表舞台での活躍を夢見て一気に方向転換、ダンサーを志す。

帰国後、HipHop歴は皆無にも関わらず、業界最高峰BOBBY一門の門を叩く。BEARARMZ、J.S.B. undergroundでスキルを磨いた。現在ではHipHop、Houseを踊りし,パッション溢れるステップワークと流れるようなフロアムーヴで観客を魅了する。

Dリーグでは優勝の2文字を掴み取ることはもちろん、Dリーグの存在自体を世の中に広めることを使命に戦いに臨む。
そして夢への挑戦に年齢は関係がないことをその背中で体現する。

近年では、テレビ東京のリズスタ -Top of Artists!-にてディザスター役として出演、DANCE@LIVEのSKYステージや、UMK TVでの帯番組「Be a Dancer」でMCを務めるなど、ダンス以外にもマルチに活動の場を広げている。

SEGA SAMMY LUX is full of “characters,” but KENTARO is the one with the most unique career.

He started out as an ordinary young man. When he entered college, he left behind a decade of baseball and joined a Dance school of college to start learning house dance. At the time, dance was just a hobby for KENTARO, who even went to Canada to study English so he could eventually teach it in Japanese schools. However, while overseas he had visions of performing on-stage, a dream he had held inside for a long time. This led him to do an about-face and set out to become a dancer.Despite having no prior experience in hip hop, he became an apprentice to the industry’s best under BOBBY after arriving back in Japan, and improved his skills under BEARARMZ and J.S.B. underground.

He currently specializes in hip hop and house, appealing to fans with his passionate step work and fluid floor moves.

KENTARO’s mission in this season’s battle together with his teammates is not only to come out on top, but to make more people aware of the existence of D.LEAGUE.

More recently, he has been active in a multitude of genres outside dance, such as playing the part of Disaster in TV TOKYO’s RizSta -Top of Artists!-, in addition to performing at DANCE@LIVE on the SKY Stage and serving as the MC for Be a Dancer!!, a daily program on UMK TV.
